conditioners. We have now expanded into paper shredders, binding machines, and

control, and the best customer and product support.

 

Job Description

 Administrate and co-ordinate all material activities and improve effectiveness of material
management systems and procedures
 Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste and
optimize customer service
 Work with Sales and Product Development teams to budget and forecast inventory
levels
 Control and establish procedures for the transportation of all goods
 Follow and ensure all person(s) maintain proper safety practices and good
housekeeping
 Maintain the most cost efficient routing and freight costs
 Monitor and control all material in a First In, First Out (FIFO) environment
 Maintain a complete inventory, ensuring the proper utilization of warehousing costs
 Coordinate returned inventory or defects with CSR and service team to repair and
refurbish
 Conduct the implementation of logistics basics: booking operations, traceability,
container management, etc.

Qualifications
The successful candidate for this role is someone who can motivate, coach, streamline
processes and launch successful projects
 Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Materials Management preferred
 A minimum of five (2) years prior management experience
 A minimum of five (2) years’ experience in the materials management
 Excellent organizational skills and multitask ability
 Strong analytical, problem solving, and computer skills
 Strong written and verbal communication in both English & Korean
 Independently prepare and present information and data used for decision making

 

 Salary Budget:· $17.5/hr
 Working Hours: 8:30 am to 5:30·pm
