직무 요약

경험이 풍부한 디스패치, 릴리스 데스크를 채용합니다. Driver가 화물을 배달하거나 선적물과 패키지를 수거하도록 일정을 잡고, 배송 및 배송 기록을 작성하고, 제품이 제대로 배송되도록 하는 일을 담당하게 됩니다. 주문을 검토하고, shelves 에서 제품을 꺼낼 담당자를 지정하고, 유통을 위한 주문을 준비하고, 주문이 정확하고 제때 완료되었는지 확인합니다. 또한 재고 기록이 최신 상태인지 확인하고, 근무자들이 창고 전체에서 모든 안전 지침과 절차를 따르도록 합니다.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Review daily orders
• Assign orders to Drivers
• Check to make sure orders are filled accurately
• Track the shipments to ensure compliance with the designated timelines
• Advise truck drivers of route and traffic problems such as constructions areas
• Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers for conveyance of materials , freight and shipping
• Keep record of mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
• Provide directions to pick up and delivery facilities
• Ensure date entry tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner and all the information is regularly updated in

the systems
• Coordinate the activities of truck drivers
• Monitor workloads and locations
• Ensure staff members follow all safety regulations
• Responsible for the timely, accurate and appropriate escalation of issues
• Work with analysts, managers, and customers to quickly resolve issues in the most efficient manner
• Understand industry market conditions and communicate with the entire team issues that could impact operations as

a whole.
• Other related duties as may be required

Requirements and Qualifications

• Post-econdary education, preferably in business, transportation, and supply chain and logistics management is considered an asset.
• Transportation industry knowledge
• Knowledge of bulk packing and warehouse pick and pack procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Customer-focused
• Troubleshooting and problem solving skills, with the ability to eval‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎uate current situation, respond quickly to changing requirements, and execute accordingly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced setting, multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment; appropriate sense of urgency.
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate with others to meet customer expectations.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
